Campaign Director – Irvine, CA
Responsible for overall campaign performance (metrics) executing through existing processes
and new initiates including the management of incentives, lead generation and exploring ancillary
products. Develop relationships with Clients, Consultants, and other stakeholders to coordinate
the efforts of all the internal departments to drive the execution of milestones and key initiatives
to achieve campaign goals. Responsible for profitability, direction and growth of company’s
program. Work with clients and internal teams to develop creative solutions to balance the
competing objectives of growth and profitability. Manage communication with the clients,
independent sales offices, and business development, which are the primary contact on all aspects
of the campaign except for contract negotiations and business development initiatives.
Responsible for employee development, coaching and performance management. Utilize
resources within other departments to ensure success and completion of campaign goals and
metrics. Responsible for management reporting. Periodic campaign summaries to Management,
Business Development, Clients and Consultants.
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Systems
Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent and 3 years of
experience in job offered or as a Sales Engineer or closely related occupation.
1. Experience with Client/Account Management experience;
2. Supervisory experience including employee development, coaching, and performance
3. Experience with budget control and management experience;
4. Experience with revenue growth strategy development and execution;
5. Experience with sales skills
